/p /br /brh3Specialized Experience /h3 /brpOne year of specialized experience which includes: performing a full range of first-level supervisory responsibilities, such as; assigning work to subordinates, evaluating work performance, interviewing candidates for positions or identifying the training needs of employees; coordinating logistical transportation plans; coordinating various logistical programs to include: property accountability, renovation planning, supply purchasing, or equipment life-cycle management; and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the success of logistical programs.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
