/li /brliProven consulting experience delivering structured and complex projects in customer environments.
/li /brliHands-on project experience involving migrations, optimization, advisory services, and security initiatives, including the delivery of workshops and demonstrations.
/li /brliExperience leading projects as a Technical Lead and/or serving as the primary technology reference point for Modern Workplace engagements.
/li /brliExperience supporting pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise to sales teams during solution design and proposal development.




/li /brliExperience coaching and mentoring junior consultants.
/li /brliExperience creating project documentation and customer proposals using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
/li /brliFluent English language skills.
/li /brliSpanish language skills are considered an advantage.
/li /brliModern Workplace certifications are highly desirable.
/li /brliKnowledge of common migration tools such as BitTitan, Quest, and ShareGate is preferred.
