/pp• Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.
/pp• Build financial models and scenario analyses to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
/pp• Ensure robust forecasting methodologies and continuous improvement of planning processes.
/pp• Support long-term financial planning and strategic business reviews.
/ppbr/ppbControlling Performance Management /b /pp• Monitor and analyse revenues, margins, operating expenses, profitability,



working capital, and cash flow.
/pp• Drive performance management through KPI development, tracking, and analysis.
/pp• Conduct variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year performance.
/pp• Identify performance improvement opportunities and support cost optimisation initiatives.
/pp• Prepare business cases and financial evaluations for investments, projects, and commercial opportunities.
/ppbr/ppbManagement Reporting /b /pp• Deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting.
/pp• Analyse business performance and communicate key drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.
/pp• Prepare presentations and financial reviews for senior management.
/pp• Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics to improve business visibility.
/ppbr/ppbGovernance Financial Control /b /pp• Support month-end and year-end closing activities in collaboration with the Accounting team.
/pp• Ensure consistency between management reporting and statutory financial data.
/pp• Maintain effective internal controls and compliance with company policies.
/pp• Contribute to finance transformation and continuous process improvement initiatives.




/pp• Promote data quality and financial discipline across the organisation.
/ppbr/ppbQualifications Experience /b /ppbEducation /b /pp• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
/pp• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA, or equivalent) is desirable.
/ppbr/ppbExperience /b /pp• Experience in Finance, FPA, Business Controlling, or related finance functions.
/pp• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and management reporting.
/pp• Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
/pp• Experience in an international and matrix organisation is preferred.
/ppbr/ppbTechnical Skills /b /pp• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
/pp• Advanced Excel capabilities.
/pp• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or equivalent).
/pp• Knowledge of BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
/pp• Understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
