We are looking for a Transport Carrier Specialist to join our Transport Team in Castel San Giovanni (PC). Si assicuri di leggere attentamente le informazioni relative a questa occasione prima di inviare la sua candidatura.

Your Impact

- Manage relationships with Carriers/Transport Service Providers regarding contract maintenance and appendices, through business reviews and operational contacts.
- Support and develop administrative processes (e.g., cost accounting process management and invoice control) and contract management with their respective functionalities both on TMS and other company systems.
- Monitor KPIs to ensure compliance with service and economic agreements agreed with Transport Service Providers and function objectives.
- Analyze data, produce and distribute periodic or spot reports on economic efficiency and effectiveness in the provision of Transport Service Provider services.
- Support function compliance for the transport area on Loss Prevention, Sustainability, and Business Continuity issues.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in the transportation field.

Who We Are Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in engineering,



mathematics, or economics.
- Fluent in EnglishConfident in using Office Package and (Excel, PowerPoint)
- 3 years of experience in structured multinational organizations
- Excellent communication skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitude

We Would Appreciate a Person Who Is

- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience working in a middle-to-large sized fashion and luxury company and collaborating with different teams is nice to have
- Data-driven and analytical, comfortable with a KPI focused approach
- Able to work with internal teams and coordinate external partners
