For the Helicopter Division, we are looking for a Performance Analysis & Risk Assessment Manager to join the Engineering & Innovation organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the analysis of engineering performance and defining risk assessment methodologies, ensuring alignment between planned and actual results throughout the entire project lifecycle. This position will contribute significantly to strengthening a data-driven planning culture and spreading consistent international processes and standards.
Main Responsibilities
Performance analysis and planning governance
- Analyze historical data and project performance, in collaboration with the Technical Planning team, to identify discrepancies between planned/estimated results and actual results, covering the entire process from Engineering Proposal (EP) to the completion of planned activities.
- Define and implement standard planning and data analysis methodologies applicable across all geographies.
- Collaborate with the E&I; Planning and Budget teams to ensure transversal governance of planning, budgeting, and control processes within the Engineering & Innovation area.
- Define and maintain reference standards (e.g., WBS, planning structures, reporting models, and methodologies), ensuring their uniform application.
- Promote a structured and coherent planning culture within the organization.
Standardization and continuous improvement
- Lead the development of standard plans and effort baselines for key engineering activities, leveraging the contribution of Technical Planners and collaborating with the Requirement Analysis function.
- Compare actual project results with standard benchmarks in terms of time and cost.
- Coordinate and support the identification of lessons learned and continuous improvement actions.
- Periodically review and update planning standards based on evidence emerging from performance analysis.
Risk assessment and mitigation
- Define and implement risk assessment and mitigation methodologies within Engineering & Innovation.
- Ensure effective management of executive risks associated with engineering plans and activities.
- Ensure consistency between risks identified during the Engineering Proposal phase and those managed during project execution.
- Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and Risk Management functions to ensure divisional consistency and visibility.
- Support the integration of risk management into planning processes and operational activities.
Requirements
Education
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines.
Experience
- Consolidated experience in project planning and control, performance analysis, or risk management within complex organizations (at least 8-10 years).
- Experience gained in international and multi-geography contexts.
- Experience in organizations oriented towards engineering, innovation, or project management is a plus.
Technical skills
- Strong analytical skills and data orientation.
- In-depth knowledge of planning, budgeting, and control processes.
- Experience in using project planning and reporting tools.
- Ability to define methodologies and promote their adoption within complex teams and organizations.
Soft skills
- Effective stakeholder management and organizational influence skills.
- Ability to operate in transversal and international contexts.

How does the selection process work?
