/p pTo support the ongoing development of its Finance function, we are looking for a Financial Planning Reporting Specialist to join a structured and internationally connected finance team.
The successful candidate will contribute to financial planning, reporting, controlling and performance analysis activities, supporting both local management and international stakeholders.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport monthly closing activities, including accruals, provisions and related controls.
/li liContribute to financial statement preparation and balance sheet reconciliations.
/li liPrepare management reporting and financial analysis for senior leadership.
/li liSupport monthly and quarterly reporting requirements.
/li liParticipate in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
/li liMonitor business performance through variance analysis and financial KPIs.
/li liSupport investment monitoring and cost control activities.
/li liContribute to profitability and financial performance analysis.




/li liAssist with statutory audit processes and financial statement preparation.
/li liPrepare reconciliations between statutory and management reporting.
/li liSupport reporting improvements, data quality initiatives and business intelligence projects.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines.
/li li5–8 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FPA, Financial Reporting or Audit.
/li liStrong understanding of financial closing, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes.
/li liPrevious experience within multinational or structured organizations.
/li liAudit experience is considered a strong advantage.
/li liAdvanced Excel skills.
/li liFamiliarity with ERP systems and reporting tools.
/li liKnowledge of Power BI or similar Business Intelligence solutions is a plus.
/li liFluent English is essential.
