The team delivers complete, competitive, and reliable proposals that form the foundation for successful projects.brstrongYour Responsibilities:br/strongulliSupport Sales Managers and Project Managers in preparing technical proposals, standard conditions, and cost/sales calculations.
/liliPropose target selling prices and provide technical descriptions, commercial letters, and standard conditions as part of proposals.
/liliCollaborate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of proposals and related documentation.
/liliFacilitate smooth handover of orders from the sales function to project execution, ensuring internal ownership transitions efficiently.




/liliFollow sales from quotation to execution and interact with customers when relevant to support closing deals.
/liliReport directly to the Proposal Department Manager in Italy.br/li /ulstrongYou Bring:br/strongulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical knowledge acquired through experience.
/liliKnowledge of plant architecture, technical and production processes, materials, and quality standards.
/liliStrong proposal management and project-sales integration skills.
/liliExcellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
/liliStrong technical expertise, writing, and reporting skills.
/liliAbility to build relationships, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively across teams.br/li /ulstrongNice to Haves:br/strongulliPrevious experience in proposal preparation or project sales support within a technical or engineering environment.
