/li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
/li li5+ years of experience in specialized Digital or OT leadership roles.
/li liProven ability to manage teams and thrive in multicultural environments.
/li liExpert in Industry 4.0, connectivity solutions, and IT infrastructure.
/li liStrong knowledge of industrial automation and project management.
/li liFluent in Italian and English with impactful communication skills.
