Reporting to the Programme Director, the successful candidate will join the team and bring 4+ years of experience, ideally gained within an agency environment similar to LePub.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan, coordinate, and manage the execution of advertising and marketing projects across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, etc.) /li liServe as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients /li liDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets /li liMonitor progress and performance of all assigned projects, identifying risks and resolving issues proactively /li liFacilitate regular status meetings and ensure timely communication of project updates /li liMaintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and reports /li liCoordinate with vendors, freelancers, and third-party partners when needed /li liChampion best practices in project management and drive continuous improvement /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency /li liStrong understanding of creative processes and production workflows /li liExcellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills /li liProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines /li liProficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar /li liPMP or similar certification is a plus /li /ul h3Additional information /h3 pWe are committed to creating an environment where people can unlock their potential and build a long-term growth path.
