ph3Senior Business Controller /h3pADP is looking for a Senior Business Controller.
This key role works closely with the Southern Europe (Italy and Iberia) business, contributing to approximately 130M in revenues.
/ppThe role is based in Milan, reports to the Regional CFO, and manages a controlling specialist.
It is a key Finance Business Partner position, supporting the organization through financial planning, analysis and business support to achieve and exceed objectives while following global strategy.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliBusiness partner with Sales and other stakeholders, providing financial and commercial support, balancing risks and leveraging opportunities.
/liliProvide commercial and financial expertise on pricing strategy, investment appraisal, product and client profitability, and deal structures.
/liliDeliver in-depth, consistent business insight through analytical reporting, dashboards and BI tools, retrieving data from multiple sources and monitoring KPIs to support decision?making on investment, risk mitigation and corrective actions.
/liliEnsure consistency and quality of business insight across the region.
/liliDevelop and maintain robust mid?to?long term strategic planning models to assist leadership in commercial decisions.
/liliManage and coordinate key processes such as forecasts, operating plans, periodic business reviews and strategic planning, acting on behalf of the CFO in some instances.
/liliDrive continuous improvement in the finance department and partner with the BPI function across the organization.
/liliSupport professional development of the controlling specialist.
/liliCollaborate with the Head of Accounting and maintain a close relationship with the Accounting team.
/li /ulh3Skills and Knowledge /h3h3Knowledge Required /h3ulliEnglish and Italian fluent (read, spoken,



understood and written).
/liliSpanish professional working proficiency (preferred but not required).
/liliExcellent IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI development experience is a plus.
/liliStrong experience with financial systems, including customized reports within FPA reporting tools (Oracle and Hyperion preferred).
