/ppbAbout the role /b /ppWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented bQuality Control Expert /b to join our Quality team.




/ppIn this role, you will support the Quality Control Manager in coordinating daily QC operations, ensuring compliance with quality requirements, and maintaining continuity of departmental activities.
You will play a key role in overseeing incoming inspections, in-process controls, finished product testing, sterilization activities, and microbiological testing managed through external laboratories.
/ppThe position offers the opportunity to work in a highly regulated manufacturing environment, collaborating closely with Production, Engineering, Industrialization, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Supplier Quality teams to ensure the highest standards of product quality and patient safety.
/ph3Your responsibilities /h3pAs Quality Control Expert, you will: /pullipSupport the QC Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating Quality Control activities.
/p /lilipCoordinate day-to-day QC operations, setting priorities and ensuring alignment with production timelines and SAP release schedules.
/p /lilipEnsure the correct execution of quality controls on incoming materials, components, semi-finished products, and finished products.
/p /lilipReview and approve quality control documentation and batch records.
/p /lilipRelease semi-finished products to the next phase of the manufacturing process.
/p /lilipManage non-conformities, customer complaints, SNCRs, process changes, and special permissions.
/p /lilipCoordinate outsourced microbiological testing activities, including analysis planning, result review, deviation management, environmental monitoring,



and cleanroom revalidation.
/p /lilipCollaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
/p /lilipSupport training and development activities within the QC team.
/p /lilipAct as deputy for the QC Manager during absences, ensuring operational continuity.
/p /lilipSupport validation activities and the introduction of new products, materials, and processes.
/p /lilipParticipate in the review and validation of analytical methods where applicable.
/p /li /ulh3What you'll bring /h3pRequired qualifications /pullipScientific high school diploma or equivalent technical/scientific qualification.
/p /lilipMinimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Control environment or in a comparable quality-related role.
/p /lilipGood command of English (B1/B2 level).
/p /lilipGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
/p /lilipStrong technical mindset and hands-on approach.
/p /lilipGood organizational and problem-solving skills.
/p /lilipAbility to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
/p /li /ulpPreferred qualifications /pullipDegree in a scientific discipline or Engineering degree with a scientific focus.
/p /lilipExperience in regulated manufacturing environments, preferably medical devices, pharma, healthcare, or related industries.
