In this role, you will be empowered to shape, build, and make a tangible impact on the brand's commercial success within your designated territory. You will work closely with dealers, partners, and internal teams to expand market presence, develop sales strategies, and represent the values of a legendary British motorcycle marque in the Italian market.

Key responsibilities typically associated with this position include:

- Developing and executing effective sales plans to achieve regional targets and business objectives for the Norton brand.
- Building, managing, and nurturing strong relationships with dealers and retail partners across North Italy.
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the dealer network within the assigned territory.
- Monitoring market trends,



competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform local sales and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on brand positioning, product availability, and customer service standards.
- Representing the company at industry events, dealer meetings, and promotional activities.
