As a Full Stack Engineer, you will work alongside a team of engineers with decades of combined experience on the baccesso Horizon /b ticketing and visitor management system, powered by VGS.
With an expansive feature set, globalized functionality and robust scaling capabilities, baccesso Horizon /b supports attractions in all aspects of selling, distribution and the redemption of tickets in one unified platform.

The position primarily requires you to be in-office, but we offer a flexible hybrid schedule, allowing you to work from home for 1-2 days.
/ppbReports to: /b VP, Engineering /ppbTravel Requirement: /b Up to 20%.
While travel is unlikely, occasional travel to accesso client sites may be requested.
This travel is global.
/ph3What you'll be working on: /h3ulliMaintaining existing software code to meet the same standards/criteria as new code /liliDocumenting newly implemented features and bug fixes /liliAssisting with and/or performing upgrades, training, and implementation /liliAlpha testing new code /liliOwnership of the full lifecycle of services, including deployment and operation in production /liliCollaborating with other engineering teams /li /ulh3Technologies you may work with: /h3ulliJava /liliMicrosoft SQL /liliTomcat /liliHTML, JS, CSS /liliSwing /liliAWS Services: EC2, S3, EKS, ECS /liliCI/CD tools /liliGithub Copilot / Cursor / Claude /li /ulh3What you Bring to the Role: /h3ulli5+ years of relevant work experience /liliExperience in Java or similar OO language (like C#) /liliExperience with JSP technologies /liliExperience with relational databases (Microsoft SQL), including writing complex SQL queries.
Knowledge of NoSQL is a plus.
/liliExperience with cloud computing methodologies like high availability, scalability,
