The Quality Assurance Department of T & P within Quality Assurance Functional Engineering and Integration is looking for a "Quality Assurance Practitioner" who will carry out the Quality Assurance activities for the development functions. Required qualification:
- Engineer bachelor or master or other university degree Professional experience
- Business experience over 5 years **Responsibilities**:
- Support for Quality Assurance for Engineering functions, verification of compliance with processes and use of TL [R1-R7].- Monitoring of the state of the NC in the perimeter- Implementation of the set of common planned metrics, periodic detection, report processing and analysis, for example:
- periodic report of the State of Non-Conformities-
- Implementation of the Set of Project or Function Quality Indicators, periodic survey, processing reports and analysis- Identification of areas for improvement and lessons learned- QA support for Agile Development and Model Base Development- Implementation of assessment as per agreed planning; assessment at Functions in the perimeter, projects,



product configuration.- Maintain a working schedule compatible with needs time, efficiency, resource sharing and with all the additional constraints that may arise during the activities carried out at the Client- Support PAM to prepare and carry out micro-training activities within the project teams to increase awareness, efficiency and skills of Quality processes within the project teams. Professional skills- lifecycle experience for complexity products- Experience in Systems Integration, Testing and Validation; Environmental tests- Configuration management experience- Knowledge of the main quality standards (in particular of the EN ISO standards 9001 and EN 9100)- Knowledge of improvement methodologies (PDCA, FMEA, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)- Knowledge of Quality Assurance for Agile Development and Model Based Engineering- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)- Good Knowledge of company tool (PLM MatriX, SAP QM, DRM, etc.)- Good Knowledge of main processes like Product Development, Product Manufacturing, Product Management; LanguagesOrganizational skills / Soft skills:
- Aptitude to operate effectively in an international environment and to work in team.- Availability for short trips within Italy or to France or UK- Spirit of synthesis- Proactivity- Adaptability, determination and resilience .
