Role Context and Objectives

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter, who will join our HR team and support
talent acquisition activities with a strong focus on identifying high-potential
profiles.

What will be your challenge?

For our Tirana office, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter




who will support the assigned HR Business Partner in managing end-to-end
recruiting processes.

The role involves:

* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, CV screening,
interview coordination and execution, and offer proposal
* Maintaining and updating the internal candidate database
* Producing and managing recruitment reports and dashboards
* Participating in ad hoc HR and talent acquisition projects

Are you ready to join our team?

We are looking for a candidate with:

* 1–2 years of experience (including internships) in recruiting, preferably
within headhunting firms or recruiting agencies
* Experience in IT recruitment (e.g., data, AI, cloud profiles) is highly
preferred
* Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing techniques
* Excellent command of MS Office tools
* Good knowledge of Italian language is mandatory
