Main Responsibilities
- Provide information and training to clients on products and their usage, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Plan and organize training courses dedicated to customers.
- Collect information on client needs and feedback regarding products.
- Provide support in resolving technical issues related to products.
- Plan and continuously manage product updates (software, firmware, and infrastructure components).

Technical Skills and Soft Skills
- Basic knowledge of electronics and telecommunications.




- Basic knowledge of computer networking.
- Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems, Windows operating systems, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SQL relational database queries.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Initiative and problem-solving attitude.
- Autonomy in problem-solving, even under stress/emergency conditions.
- Discretion and confidentiality in client relations.
- Willingness to travel abroad.

Education
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a technical diploma in Computer Science or Electronics.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of a second foreign language is preferred (French, German, Spanish).

Prerequisites and/or ExperienceSalary range
- 30 - 35K
