Chaberton Professionals, the division of Chaberton Partners specialized in the Search & Selection of Middle and Top Management profiles, is currently looking for a Senior Technical Documentation Engineer on behalf of a global leader in the design and manufacturing of high-performance technical apparel, protection systems and footwear for the motorsports industry. The selected candidate will join the R&D; Team and take full ownership of the collection, maintenance and release of technical documentation for the Electronics Department, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders. Technical Documentation & Content Management

- Plan, research, write, publish, maintain and archive high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, leaflets and booklets
- Develop and maintain internal technical documentation, including technical specifications, process and policy-related documents
- Define the information architecture for the product, ensuring it meets the needs of developers, technical staff and end users

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with product managers, the technical team and other relevant stakeholders to identify documentation needs, technical and regulatory requirements, and user cases
- Ensure that documentation effectively reflects product features and functionalities




- Build and nurture strong working relationships with subject matter experts, technical leads and both internal and external stakeholders

Project Management
- Manage complex documentation projects, organizing and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Deliver excellent-quality documentation within agreed timelines, even in fast-paced environments

Compliance & Regulatory Standards
- Stay up to date with regulations and ISO-related standards
- Support and take part in Compliance Audits when needed, ensuring adherence to standards, processes, regulatory requirements and validation protocols

Required Experience
- Solid previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Aerospace or Automotive industries
- Track record of working in international, quality-driven and compliance-oriented environments
- Proven ability to manage complex documentation projects in dynamic, team-oriented settings

Education & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Technical Writing, Engineering and/or Computer Science will be considered a strong asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
- Strong English language proficiency (C2 level preferred)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Working proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Gross Annual Salary: €60,000 – €70,000, with flexibility based on the candidate's skills and experience
