The Role

Integrated within the Compliance team, the candidate will play a key role in conducting due diligence on counterparties and monitoring regulatory compliance. Main responsibilities include:




Analyzing sources and documentation for due diligence processes, reconstructing operational supply chains, and verifying compliance with AML and responsible sourcing regulations.
Applying a logical approach to scenario evaluation, cross-referencing heterogeneous sources to determine risk levels.
Managing operational interactions with domestic and international clients, suppliers, and partners.
Monitoring regulatory developments (mining regulations, human rights, ESG, environmental policies) and supporting the update of internal processes.
Organizing, archiving, and maintaining due diligence documentation to facilitate retrieval and review during internal and external audits.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify potential compliance risks and assist in defining corrective actions.
