We are looking for a motivated Quality Engineer to join our Quality team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and manufacturing processes.
Quality Management System - Support the development and implementation of quality standards, procedures and control systems.
Contribute to maintaining and improving the Quality Management System.
Process Improvement - Analyze quality data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
Support cross-functional continuous improvement projects and process optimization initiatives.




Audits & Compliance - Plan and perform internal process and system audits.
Support customer audits and contribute to the implementation of corrective actions.
Quality Assurance - Monitor quality performance and prepare reports for management.
Support root cause analysis and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
Customer Quality Support - Support customer quality activities during plant visits and audits.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams during APQP and product validation activities.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Management Engineering (or equivalent technical background).
Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems and manufacturing processes.
Understanding of quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis, FMEA and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality data and KPIs.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
