Role Description We are seeking a professional and personable Bartender for a full-time, on-site position at Caffetteria Palazzo Avignonesi in Montepulciano. The successful candidate will prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, coffee-based drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining the high service standards of the San Bartolomeo di Caselle Hospitality Group. Welcoming guests and providing attentive, professional service
Preparing and serving cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages
Presenting local wines and products confidently to Italian and international guests
Setting up and maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory management
Collaborating with colleagues across the Group during daily operations, private events, tastings, and receptions
Adapting the service style to different occasions, from relaxed daytime service to elegant priva
