Role Description This full-time remote role of Sales Manager – C&I; at LIVOLTEK Iberia is responsible for driving commercial and industrial (C&I;) sales across the Iberian market.

The Sales

Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and build strong relationships with partners, installers, and distributors. Daily activities include prospecting, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and tracking the sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets. The role also involves coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate solutions, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction, as well as monitoring market trends and competitor activities to refine the sales strategy.

Manager will report on performance, forecast sales, and contribute to regional planning and go-to-market initiatives.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the renewable energy, solar, or energy storage C&I; sector.
- Strong skills in account management, business development,



and relationship building with commercial and industrial clients.
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Comfort with remote work, self-motivation, and effective time and pipeline management.
- Solid understanding of C&I; energy solutions, with the ability to learn technical product details and explain them clearly to customers.
- Data-driven approach to sales reporting, forecasting, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience working with CRM tools and standard productivity software for managing customer information and sales activities.
- Willingness to travel within Iberia to meet clients, attend events, and support on-site sales activities when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
