Fameccanica, part of Angelini Technologies, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join its team.

The ideal candidate has a technical background and a strong passion for sales. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing customers, and providing technical and commercial support to ensure full customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the industrial automation and robotics sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the expansion of Fameccanica’s market presence.
- Provide customers with technical and commercial support through product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to understand customer requirements and ensure the development and delivery of customized solutions.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize sales agreements.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors in order to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences,



and events to promote Fameccanica’s products, solutions, and services.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to be shared with the Sales Manager.

Requirements

- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least two years of previous experience in a similar role and/or in the industrial automation and robotics sector.
- Strong passion for and interest in sales.
- Solid technical background, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical information.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.

COMPENSATION Gross annual salary: €30,000 - €50,000, based on the experience, skills, and level of autonomy required for the role. Work Location: San Giovanni Teatino (Chieti)
