? We Are Hiring: Sales (Business) Development Manager (Italian & English Speaking)

? Olbia, Sardinia (On-site)

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of an innovative frozen food project in Sardinia.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company’s presence within the hospitality sector.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients, including hotels, restaurants, catering companies, distributors, and other HoReCa businesses.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
- Present products and solutions to potential clients and partners.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on business development activities.
- Represent the company at industry events,



trade shows, networking meetings, and business conferences.

Requirements

- Fluent Italian and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a similar commercial role.
- Strong understanding of the HoReCa industry and B2B sales processes.
- Experience in food, FMCG, hospitality, distribution, or related industries is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust-based, long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- High level of mobility and willingness to travel across Sardinia when required.
- Valid driving license is preferred.

Compensation: Base salary + sales commission
