Rodacciai S.p.A. is looking for a Sales Account - Welding to support the growth and development of its welding business.

Requisiti:

Main Responsibilities

- Develop and manage customers within the welding industry.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Strengthen relationships with distributors, fabricators, OEMs, and end users.

- Promote Rodacciai's welding solutions and technical advantages.

- Negotiate commercial agreements and achieve sales targets.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.





- Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Altre informazioni:

- 3+ years of experience in technical sales within welding, stainless steel, industrial materials, or related sectors.

- Solid knowledge of welding processes and applications.

- Strong business development and account management skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Results-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.

- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

- Availability for frequent business travel.
