Rome Business School is looking for a resilient and persuasive International Admission Advisor to join the Admissions Department. You will work within an international team as a point of reference for students, by guiding them throughout their educational path and supporting them in choosing their annual professional master's program (online or on campus). What you will do * Engage with international students * Help them explore academic options and encourage them to choose the educational path best suited to them * Achieve weekly and monthly goals by collaborating with the team leader What we offer * Base salary: €18 452,85/year + commissions (with the possibility to earn up to €45K) * Full‐time fixed‐term contract for an initial 6 months * Working hours: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (Mon–Fri)

Candidates must hold a valid permit to work full‐time in Italy. * Student residence permits are not accepted for this role. Contract type: 6‐month fixed‐term contract with possibility of extension, full‐time. Salary range: €18 452,85 – €45 000.00 per year.
Work location: Rome, Lazio (Prati area). Start date: ASAP. Requirements * Bachelor's or Master's degree * Fluent in English and Italian languages * No specific experience required * Experience in customer service or consultative B2C sales is a plus * Empathy, discipline, and positive attitude are required * Candidates must be residents in Rome
