Job Description eCustomer Management * Support the Senior eCommerce Account Manager in the management of the main eCommerce Pure Player customers * Coordinate and secure the execution of the masterplan by interfacing with the main customers and the eContent & Search Team * Support the eCommerce team in creating presentations and eCommerce trade stories for meetings with eCommerce custom * Support the eCommerce team in defining the commercial policy for direct sales channels and guarantee 100% availability * Collaborate with the Data Analyst for the creation of benchmarks, reporting and pre-post evaluation of online activities, suggest areas for optimization eCustomer Database Maintenance * Mantain and update the online customer database, suggest opportunities and AB tests on activations * Monitor startups and new online sales trends to identify new opportunities * Support eCommerce Senior Account Manager on creating pricing condition, order management by interfacing with internal stakeholder Perfect On-Line Shelf Implementation * Monitor and secure the implementation of online shelf guidelines * Guarantee and supervise the execution of the commercial policy About You To be able to achieve the above and be successful in thisjob, we believe you need to have * Background Economy studies, good knowledge of sales * Good negotiating skills * Relational skills and flexibility;Passion for eCommerce
