Key Responsibilities * Stay updated on Dubai's property market trends, pricing, new developments and available inventory * Provide professional property consultations in line with RERA and DLD regulations * Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and marketing activities * Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client requirements * Advise clients on available opportunities across the Dubai property market,



including ready and off plan properties * Negotiate offers and terms between all parties and successfully close transactions * Assist with documentation and guide clients through the full transaction process * Work closely with marketing and admin teams to maximise property exposure and ensure an efficient client experience * Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and property owners, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable properties What you will need * Currently based in Naples (or nearby) and ready to relocate to Dubai within 1 to 3 months * Background in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality or real estate * Highly motivated, disciplined and target oriented * Financial stability is essential (commission based role, 6 months of savings recommended) * Excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills with strong English (additional languages are an advantage) * Driving licence preferred, as you will need one in Dubai Package and support * Ongoing mentorship from ex
