The Opportunity:

Energy storage is transforming how renewable energy is generated, managed, and consumed. As Product Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of this transformation, partnering with utilities, developers, EPCs, and commercial customers to bring large-scale storage projects to life.

This is a highly visible role that blends technical expertise, commercial strategy, and relationship management, giving you the chance to make a genuine impact on the future of sustainable energy in Italy.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Lead the sales strategy for BESS solutions across utility-scale, commercial, and industrial markets
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of energy storage opportunities from prospecting through to contract award
- Serve as the primary technical and commercial contact for customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Deliver engaging technical presentations and solution demonstrations
- Work closely with engineering, product,



and project delivery teams to develop tailored customer solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments within the Italian energy sector
- Drive revenue growth and contribute to expanding market share in one of Europe's most exciting energy storage markets

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Previous experience in technical sales, business development, or commercial roles within renewable energy, energy storage, power electronics, or related sectors
- Strong understanding of BESS and/or Solar PV
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Existing network within the energy market, including developers, EPCs, utilities, or C&I; customers
