As a Junior AR Accountant, you will join our central, multilingual shared services accounting team based in Milan, providing vital support to our subsidiaries across various countries. This role is ideal for a finance professional with 2-3 years of experience seeking to grow in a dynamic, international environment. As Junior AR Accountant you will be responsible for supporting the accounts receivable operations and contributing to the financial health of Keywords Studios. Tasks include:
Customer Invoicing
- Assist in generating and managing invoices for clients across multiple countries
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with local and corporate financial policies Intercompany Rebilling Support
- Support intercompany transactions by ensuring proper documentation and timely processing Credit Collection




- Monitor accounts receivable balances and assist in following up with clients for timely payments Month-end Close and Reconciliations
- Participate in month-end activities, such as preparing AR schedules and reconciling accounts
- Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies in AR balances Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure proper record-keeping of AR activities in alignment with internal and external audit requirements
- Follow internal control and contribute to maintaining compliance with financial standard **Requirements**:
Technical Skills
- Diploma in Accounting or Related Field, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Finance
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar AR or finance-related role, preferably in a multinational environment
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and general aptitude for working with IT systems
- Fluency in English and Italian Behavioural Skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Strong team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues and departments
