The Logistics Specialist supports end-to-end vehicle logistics processes—from importation to final delivery—ensuring seamless operations aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities * Support and monitor the end-to-end logistics process: vessels documentation, customs clearance, cars storage on central compounds and delivery to Dealer Network * Collaborate with Logistics Suppliers on daily operations, helping in defining priorities based on Business needs * Ensure timely and efficient vehicle distribution to Dealers, optimizing lead times and service level * Company Vehicle Stock management * Monitor vehicle movements across ports, compounds and distribution channels * Handle damage claims in coordination with Logistics Suppliers and the Claim Manager * Ensure proper documentation flow and data accuracy within logistics systems * Track and report logistics performance,



highlighting issues and proposing corrective actions * Maintain daily coordination with HQ to ensure operational alignment and information flow * Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs * Support cross‐functional collaboration with Sales, Aftersales, and Finance to guarantee operational alignment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistic dept., preferably within an automotive company.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in logistics systems and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
