Posizione Within our **Omnichannel Acquisition** team based in **Rome**, we are seeking a forward-thinking **SEO Specialist** to drive organic search growth strategies for our Jewellery, Watches, and Accessories divisions. Responsabilità del lavoro Profilo **Main Responsibilities**: - Translate business objectives into effective SEO strategies for each product line to boost organic search visibility and drive traffic.
- Technical SEO: coordinate front-end development on Salesforce PWA Kit with a focus on performance and SEO.
- Implement advanced SEO strategies: dynamic metadata, hreflang, canonical tags, and SPA/PWA content handling.
- Troubleshooting capabilities to identify issues and proactively propose solutions
- Optimize rendering (SSR/SSG) to improve indexing and Core Web Vitals.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and target relevant search queries.
- Monitor key metrics (traffic, impressions, revenue, rankings), identify trends, and recommend actions to drive organic growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with UX, content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital initiatives. **Qualifications / Professional Capabilities**: - At least 5 years of experience in SEO projects,



preferably in an international working environment
- Experience in front-end development with React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and CSS-in-JS
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and headless APIs
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for managing repositories, pipelines, and deployments
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO for SPA/PWA and performance optimization (lazy loading, caching, CDN)
- Understanding of paid media channels
