YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead the development of integrated systems incorporating DC fast chargers, battery energy storage systems (BESS), transformers and renewable energy sources * Develop the system architecture, topology, power and energy sizing, modularity, and construction concepts (skid/container) * Lead the development of power flow logics, load management strategies, and SCADA/monitoring requirements * Lead the system-level integration of MV transformers, LV distribution, BESS, chargers and renewable energy sources * Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, grid codes, functional safety and cybersecurity requirements * Coordinate outsourced engineering activities (e.g. mechanical design) * Define and oversee system validation and laboratory testing of the integrated systems YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS * Master's degree in Electrical Engineering,
