The Sales Manager is responsible for developing Autel's Smart Energy business in Italy by identifying opportunities, acquiring strategic customers, and growing long-term partnerships. The role combines business development, key account management, commercial negotiation, and market strategy. The Sales Manager acts as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the complete sales cycle while coordinating internal resources to ensure successful project execution. This position requires a commercially driven professional with strong business acumen, experience in infrastructure-related industries, and the ability to operate independently in the Italian market within a fast-growing international environment. Business Development * Identify and develop new business opportunities across Italy * Build and execute a structured Italian market development strategy * Develop relationships with Italian CPOs, utilities, energy companies, fleet operators, EPCs, OEMs, distributors,
