ZTE is looking for a person to join our Engineering & Service team in Rome in order to assist in managing spare parts warehouse, checking relevant data and evidence, ensuring consistency between accounts and physical material respecting time delivery **Main Focus of the Internship** **Spare part services.** Support spare parts arrival tracking: According to the applied spare parts contract, track each node to ensure that the spare parts arrive on time. **Spare parts warehouse management** Assist the spare parts manager to communicate with the warehouse manager and subcontractors to handle related issues.



Assist the warehouse keeper to check materials and scan barcodes when spare parts are in and out of the warehouse C**ompliance of spare parts** Check if there is any missing or non-standard scanning of spare parts in and out of storage Monitor the inventory status of scrapped parts, and follow up with personnel to handle them in a timely manner to avoid obsolescence.
- High School Degree;
- Excellent Knowledge of Excel;
- Fluent in Chinese language and Italian language
