Define yearly strategies in partnership with the regional sales organization.
Develop technical and commercial proposals, including cost calculations, and tender documentation.
Manage relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction.
Support customer meetings,



commercial discussions, and contract negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
Leverage CRM data and market insights to identify opportunities, support strategic decisions, and drive business growth.
You're a recent graduate in a technical field (such as a technical diploma or industrial/management engineering) with a passion to grow and learn in an industrial environment. Previous experience as an internship or 1–2 years in Sales, Business Development or customer services role is a plus.
Strong interest in combining technical knowledge with customer interaction and commercial activities.
Excellent active listening skills, combined with a positive, can‐do approach in daily tasks.
You are fluent in Italian and English; additional language skills are a plus.
