The company is looking for experienced nuclear engineers to be included in its staff for the headquarters in Lucca, Italy.

Tasks

- System thermal-hydraulic analysis to assess the phenomena occurring during postulated accidents in nuclear installations (power plants, research reactors, spent fuel pools and experimental facilities).
- Performing safety analyses by adopting either conservative or best-estimate plus uncertainty approach.
- Validation of system thermal-hydraulic codes and models against experimental data.
- Writing and reviewing technical report.
- Participation to meetings with customers.

Requirements

- Possession of a Master of Science degree is strictly required; holding a PhD is considered an asset.
- 2-5 years of experience in Thermal-Hydraulic analysis of water cooled Nuclear Power Plants.
- Proficient capability to use system thermal-hydraulic simulation codes, e.g. RELAP5.
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
