This is a high‐visibility role at the intersection of Renewables and Trading, giving you a combined view of commercial, market and operational levers to maximise value and accelerate the energy transition.
- Lead route‐to‐market tenders for renewables and battery storage, securing optimal commercial terms and robust risk frameworks.
- Manage and enhance existing route‐to‐market and subsidy agreements, partnering with cross‐functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Analyse market and regulatory developments to identify and implement revenue optimisation opportunities across operational assets.
- Act as a key commercial partner for stakeholders across the renewables business, providing market insights and commercial assessments on projects and strategic initiatives, while facilitating collaboration with the wider trading organization * Deliver asset and subsidy accreditations with Terna and GSE,

Experience
- At least five years' experience in commercial asset management, energy trading or a closely related role.
- Strong knowledge of the Italian electricity market and regulatory framework, with experience applying this knowledge in a commercial setting.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and relationship‐building skills.
- Excellent analytical and numerical capabilities, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in managing and analyzing data using tools such as Tableau, Excel, and other platforms, along with a proven ability to quickly learn and adopt new IT tools and technologies.
