About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Mechanic to join our Bergen operations team. You'll be responsible for keeping our e-scooter fleet in top mechanical and electrical condition — diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and making sure every vehicle meets our safety standards before it goes back on the street.

What you'll do

- Diagnose, repair and service electric scooters and related fleet equipment
- Perform battery replacements, charging system checks and electrical repairs
- Carry out scheduled maintenance and safety inspections across the fleet
- Repair or replace damaged parts, including brakes, wheels, and structural components
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic faults reported by the field team
- Maintain workshop tools, equipment and spare parts inventory
- Ensure vehicles meet safety and compliance standards before redeployment
- Flag recurring faults,



parts shortages and quality issues to the Country Operations Manager
- Support warehouse and broader operational activities as needed
- Drive company vehicles when required

What we're looking for

- Experience with mechanical and/or electrical repair — automotive, bicycle, e-bike/e-scooter, or similar background
- Comfortable working with batteries and basic electrical systems
- Practical, hands-on problem solver who takes pride in quality work
- Valid Category B driving licence
- Able to work independently and take ownership of the workshop
- Fluent in English; Norwegian is an advantage
