closely collaborating with central departments to oversee day-to-day operations on-site * Process Optimization: You successfully implement existing standards and processes while contributing your own ideas (coordinating vehicle returns, handovers, and vehicle preparation) * Collaboration with roadsurfer Stations: You maintain constant communication with all international teams to ensure ongoing improvements * Team Leadership: As a Team Leader, you motivate and lead your on-site team.
