Gregory's Jazz Club, one of the oldest jazz clubs in Rome, since 1996, in Rome City Center close to Spanish Steps, is looking for an experienced "Maître / Sommelier".

Tasks related to the role:

- table setting for the Japanese restaurant
- management of table linen and cutlery
- coordinating reservations and table assignment with the front desk
- welcoming customers and directing them to their assigned table
- taking orders and up-selling coordinating with the kitchen and bar
- opening wines with explanation at the table
- restocking wines

- coordinamento con la cucina ed il cocktail bar
