LabVantage LIMS Specialist / SME

We are looking for a LabVantage LIMS Specialist with experience in configuring, customizing, implementing, and managing the LabVantage platform, preferably version 8.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize LabVantage LIMS.
- Create deployment packages and manage releases.
- Administer, maintain, and support the application.
- Troubleshoot and debug LIMS-related issues.
- Develop reports using JasperReports.
- Integrate laboratory instruments and CDS platforms such as Empower, OpenLab, and ATLAS.
- Integrate LabVantage with enterprise and third-party applications.
- Develop complex SQL queries using Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Liaise directly with clients and produce technical documentation.
- Provide training and mentoring to the LIMS team when required.

Required Skills
- At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience with LabVantage LIMS.
- Experience in LabVantage configuration, customization, deployment, and support.




- Participation in at least two full LabVantage implementation projects.
- Experience in LabVantage administration and maintenance.
- JasperReports.
- Java.
- Advanced SQL.
- Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Integration with laboratory instruments and enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and practices.
- Good command of English.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LabVantage 8.
- LabVantage certification.
- Knowledge of other LIMS products.
- Experience with Empower, OpenLab, ATLAS, or other CDS platforms.
- Experience in training and mentoring LIMS teams.
- ITIL certification.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
