ColonnaCaramanti is seeking a junior legal professional, with up to 2 years of experience, to join a practice where lawyers work alongside chartered accountants and statutory auditors on the same matters.

The role is deliberately transversal. The successful candidate will work on commercial and corporate law, litigation and dispute resolution, contract drafting and review, and corporate affairs, with growing exposure to the Firm's governance practice, including support to Boards of Statutory Auditors and Supervisory Bodies under Legislative Decree 231.

We look for a candidate who treats the law as a discipline of reasoning rather than a repertoire of forms. Solid academic foundations, precise legal writing and intellectual curiosity matter more than a fully defined specialization. The Firm supports the professional qualification path and provides structured mentoring from senior professionals.
