Tes Pharma is a biotech company focused on delivering first-in-class therapeutics for high unmet medical needs in renal diseases. To support our growing organisation, we are looking for a proactive and reliable IT Specialist to help maintain and improve our digital workplace and core IT infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations, administering Microsoft 365 services, contributing to the management of server and backup systems, and overseeing the operational management of the company website. This role requires a hands-on professional who can work across infrastructure, end-user support, and digital services while contributing to IT security and cybersecurity practices to ensure reliability and business continuity.

The role will be carried out at the company’s operational site in Via Palmiro Togliatti, 20, Corciano (PG).

Responsibilities

· Administer and support the company’s Microsoft 365 environment, including user accounts, licenses, permissions, collaboration tools, and security settings.

· Support the administration and monitoring of servers, infrastructure components, and backup systems to ensure availability, performance, and data protection.

· Provide first- and second-level technical support to internal users as part of day-to-day activities, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and coordinate with external vendors when needed.

· Manage routine website operations, coordinate content or technical updates, and help ensure the company website remains secure, functional,



and up to date.

· Contribute to IT documentation, asset management, cybersecurity best practices, system improvements, and business continuity activities.

Your Background

· Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

· Previous experience in an IT support, system administration, or IT operations role.

· Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including user management, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and related services.

· Experience with server administration and backup solutions in a business environment.

· Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, endpoint management, and security best practices.

· Experience supporting business applications, user devices, and common workplace technologies.

· Familiarity with website management, CMS platforms, or coordination of external web providers is considered an advantage.

· Knowledge of backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures is highly desirable.

· Experience in regulated environments or companies with strong compliance requirements is a plus.

· A proactive, service-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Good organisational skills, attention to details, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

· Excellent team player with the ability to work independently and collaborate across different departments.

· Strong critical thinking, analytical abilities, and a practical approach to resolving technical issues.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Fluency in written and spoken English.

Indicative Gross Yearly Salary (Italian RAL): €30,000 - €35,000, excluding any potential bonuses and benefits.
