Position Overview
As MES Systems Lead at Thermo Fisher Scientific,



you will play a crucial role in supporting Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation and post-go-live operations at the manufacturing site level.
You will act as the key coordination point between site users, Global MES teams, IT, Infrastructure, ERP, MES offshore development/configuration teams, vendors, and implementation partners. You will use your functional and technical knowledge of MES platforms and manufacturing processes to clarify requirements, support business process reengineering, manage site-level MES governance, and coordinate activities across the full MES lifecycle, from site readiness and implementation through go-live, hypercare, and steady-state support.
You will also play a key role in the site's multi-year manufacturing systems transformation, supporting the transition from legacy MES platforms to PharmaSuite while ensuring business continuity and operational readiness.
