We are seeking Managers to strengthen our teams in Rome and Milan . Manage the workload while coaching team members to ensure a successful delivery In addition to this, you also build relationships beyond project assignments and are able to spot and help develop opportunities for future business. Have a minimum of five years of work experience in management consulting or industry experience in strategy related functions (an MBA is a plus) Strategy consulting experiences in one or more of the following Industry sectors: Energy & Utilities, TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom), Private Equity, Industrials, Travel & Transportation Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently Entrepreneurship to break new ground,



and eager to take personal risks in working environment Excellent communication skills in Italian and English Can demonstrate broad industry knowledge combined with sharp business acumen Can fall back on appropriate leadership and convincing skills to motivate your team and drive change in your client's environment You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the office by taking on a role in the internal office organization.
