Milan Creative TEAMLEAD **Teamlead Size & Fit (f/m/d)**:
To support our team we are searching for a Teamlead Size & Fit (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office. **WHAT YOU DO**: - Support in managing all aspect of the Size & Fit team and cooperate with other managers to ensure consistency and achieve mutual goals
- Manage the Size & Fit team on a day to day basis, proactively develop their individual performance
- Proactively manage team resource. Ensuring deadlines and expectations are met
- Cooperate on-set with the stylist and photographer, ensuring each item is shot in the correct size and represented correctly in terms of Size and Fit
- Be able to cover the day-to-day Size & Fit role on set when required
- Provide accurate and engaging fit information to the customer through the Size and Fit copy, adding relevant notes to the company system using the Size and Fit guidelines **WHO YOU ARE**: - 5+ years of experience in Size & Fit or similar role
- Previous experience in managing and mentoring a team
- A genuine interest and knowledge of garment sizing and product fit is a must, as is the ability to communicate this accurately and articulately to customers and other teams within the business
- Able to illustrate extensive understanding of technical garment issues affecting the fit
- English skills, verbal and written,
