Compensation & Benefits: In line with our commitment to transparency and people development, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges between €32,000 and €50,000, commensurate with experience and skills. The position is covered by the 'CCNL Commercio e Terziario' (National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce and Service Sector), alongside a benefits package that includes meal vouchers, wellbeing initiatives (including Wellhub), and growth opportunities.
Role and responsibilities
You will be part of the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Practice , supporting organizations in improving their planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and performance management processes through innovative CPM/EPM solutions.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and delivering Corporate Performance Management (CPM/EPM)
projects for national and international clients;
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional and technical solutions using CCH Tagetik and other leading CPM platforms;
- Designing, configuring, implementing, testing, and maintaining CPM/EPM applications;
- Supporting clients throughout project lifecycle phases, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement;
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide innovative solutions that address finance and performance management challenges.
Required Skills?
- Master's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics;
- At least 3 years of experience in the implementation of CPM/EPM software solutions;
- Excellent knowledge of CCH Tagetik ;
- Strong accounting and financial background;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel ;
- Familiarity with AI-related tools, including generative AI applications and AI-assisted data analysis and automation tools;
- Availability and willingness to travel;
- Strong teamwork attitude and problem-solving skills;
- Good knowledge of the English language.
Preferred Skills ⭐
- Good knowledge of MySQL databases , VBA, and Analysis Services;
- Experience with SAP BPC ;
- Knowledge of at least one Collaborative Disclosure solution available on the market.
