**Parma** (Italy), the strategic hub for the production and distribution of our products, serving as an international supply center with exports to over 80 countries. Here, solid medicines such as tablets and dry powders for inhalers,



solutions and suspensions for inhalations and sterile suspension vials for endotracheal administration are produced.
- In 2024, a new **Biotech Centre of Excellence** has launched in Parma. The new facility is dedicated to developing and producing monoclonal antibodies, enzymes, and other proteins. **Blois-La Chaussée Saint Victor plant** (France), a center of excellence specializing in the production of Dry Powder Inhalers and Metered Dose Inhalers (MDIs). The site manages direct distribution to customers in the French market and exports to other markets, effectively meeting both local and international needs. **Santana de Parnaiba** (Brazil), specialized in the production of pressurized solutions and suspensions for inhalation therapy (pMDIs). Additionally, it has an area dedicated to nasal sprays for the European market. Santana produces pressurised solutions and suspensions for inhalation therapy (MDI).
- In 2025, a new investment in **Nerviano** (Italy) has been announced with the construction of a new facility which will be primarily dedicated to manufacturing carbon mínimal inhalers (reinforcing the company’s commitment to both patients’ health and sustainable healthcare solutions), dry powder inhalers and sterile biological products. **_ Who we are looking for_** **Purpose**




- Il/La Facility maintenance Manager sarà responsabile della gestione operativa e técnica dell’edificio direzionale Headquarters (offices & canteen) sito in Parma, con particolare attenzione a manutenzioni, utilities, efficienza energetica, comfort ambientale, sicurezza sul lavoro e sviluppo di progetti di miglioramento. La figura fa parte della funzione Global Engineering e riporta all’Head of HQ Facility Management & Service di Headquarters. Collabora con i reparti interni e i fornitori esterni per garantire la continuità operativa e il benessere degli occupanti.**Main Responsibilities**
- Gestione dell’edificio: Supervisione degli aspetti funzionali dell’edificio, inclusi impianti, utilities e spazi comuni.
- Gestione fornitori e contratti: Punto di contatto diretto con il provider degli hard services (manutenzioni, impianti, utilities). Responsabile della selezione, coordinamento e monitoraggio delle performance dei fornitori, assicurando il rispetto dei livelli di servizio, la conformità contrattuale e l’ottimizzazione dei costi. Gestisce eventuali criticità e promuove il miglioramento continuo dei servizi erogati.
- Manutenzione e utilities: Coordinamento della manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria degli impianti (elettrici, meccanici, idrici, HVAC), garantendo efficienza, conformità normativa e continuità operativa.
- Gestione progetti e miglioramento continuo: Guida e supporto nella pianificazione e realizzazione di progetti trasversali, non solo in ambito impiantistico ma anche relativi a layout, spazi, comfort ambientale e sostenibilità. Coordina le fasi di progettazione, esecuzione e verifica, assicurando il rispetto di tempi, budget e obiettivi strategici aziendali. Collabora con stakeholder interni ed esterni per garantire l’allineamento tecnico e operativo.
