Would you like to help drive sustainable change and shape the future of a successful organization together with management and your employees?
Your role
- You will be a member of the Management Board and actively contribute to the strategic development of Ivoclar Italy.
- You will have overall responsibility for the People & Culture division at the Naturns (production) and Bologna (sales) locations.
- You will further develop the local People & Culture strategy in alignment with the Ivoclar Group’s goals and successfully implement it.
- You will lead and further develop your People & Culture team.
- You will advise the Managing Director and other executives on all strategic and operational HR matters.
- You will be responsible for all People & Culture processes throughout the employee life cycle.




- You will support organizational development and change processes and strengthen leadership, employees, and corporate culture.
- You will represent the company in dealings with government agencies, labor unions, and external institutions.
- You will ensure compliance with labor laws and relevant regulatory requirements.

Your profile
- A college degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience in a comparable position
- In-depth knowledge of Italian labor and social security law
- Experience in a manufacturing company is a plus
- Experience in organizational development and change management
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong decision-making and execution skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and consulting skills
- Very good German and Italian skills, as well as good English skills
