**Responsibilities**: - Conduct market research and analyze opportunities across manufacturing, logistics, and industrial automation
- Support strategic projects related to partnerships, market entry, and commercial prioritization
- Support the launch of our Italian office in Rome.
- Support customer and partner conversations through research, preparation, and follow-up
- Collaborate with technical and design teams to develop tailored materials and project documentation
- Help improve internal processes, reporting, and coordination across teams
- Maintain organized documentation and CRM records
- Feed market insights back to founders to sharpen our go-to-market and growth strategy **Requirements**: - 2-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, business development, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills




- Comfortable preparing clear presentations, reports, and business materials
- Able to work across multiple topics and bring structure in a fast-moving environment
- Hungry, resourceful, and energized by building something from the ground up
